Members create an account using their email and mobile number. Login may be completed through OTP sent to the registered email address.

- You must not share OTPs or allow unauthorised people to use your account.
- KhatriVivah.org may verify account details, profile photos, and profile information to improve safety and authenticity.
4. Member Conduct
Members must use the website respectfully and only for genuine matrimonial purposes.
- Do not upload false details, offensive content, copied photos, fake documents, or misleading relationship status.
- Do not harass, threaten, spam, abuse, defame, or pressure any member or family.
- Do not use the website for dating, escort services, commercial promotions, recruitment, fraud, political campaigning, or unlawful activity.
- Do not scrape profiles, copy member data, sell leads, or contact members outside permitted platform features.
- Report suspicious profiles, payment fraud, abuse, or safety concerns to support immediately.
5. Services, Matches & Payments
KhatriVivah.org provides profile creation, discovery, matching, contact, support, and membership-related features. We do not guarantee marriage, engagement, compatibility, response from any member, or the accuracy of information provided by other users.
- Paid membership plans, if offered, provide access to the features described at the time of purchase.
- Plan prices, benefits, duration, and features may change from time to time.
- Payments are subject to gateway approval, bank processing, and the Refund Policy.
- Members are advised to independently verify identity, family details, documents, financial claims, and background before making any matrimonial decision.
6. Suspension, Content & Limitation of Liability
We may edit, hide, suspend, or remove profiles, photos, messages, or accounts that violate these terms or create safety concerns. Member-uploaded content remains the member’s responsibility, but you grant us permission to display it for operating matrimonial services.
KhatriVivah.org is a matchmaking platform and intermediary service. We are not responsible for disputes, meetings, conversations, promises, financial dealings, personal decisions, marriage outcomes, or conduct between members and families outside the platform.
